Horrible service. Driver showed up late at airport and the “meet and assist” did not even exist. Getting to him was hard as he did not give clear instructions on where to go or where to meet him. The premium vehicle was just a standard Toyota, had to ask 4 times to close the window due to the heat at 9PM

They were informed of our pick up time at the time of booking. After getting paid and us being at our destination, I had to reach out to confirm the pick up, and that’s when they pushed it 45 minutes out. After waiting 50 minutes, on that day I called. I was told to take a taxi. It seems they couldn’t find the driver.

They were patient and reliable. Flight got cancelled and made adjustments no problem. I wanted the car to be nicer it was a bus but it did the trick
