Important Note Regarding Transfers and Flight Cancellations (Dubai Flights)

For bookings with transfers, pickup is available from any hotels located within Dubai city limits only. (Areas: Dubai City / Sheikh Zayed / Palm / Jebel Ali etc.) Pickup time will be confirmed to you via whatsapp and email.

If the flight is cancelled on the day of the tour due to operational or weather-related reasons, it can be rescheduled at no additional cost - or helicopter cost can be refunded.

However, car transfers are provided once only. If the vehicle has already been used, transfers will not be re-arranged for the rescheduled flight.

Guests must make their own way to the helipad for the rescheduled flight, or request a new transfer at an additional charge.

We had an amazing experience! Our pilot was Venezuelan, and, since we also speak Spanish, we were able to understand easily. He was very kind and showed us the best sightseeing spots and talked us through them, making the tour a great and enjoyable experience. The helicopters are very new and modern.

A great experience with this 25mn private tour which was just exceptional. The views are amazing, the tour is ling enough to view a great part of Dubai and the captain was great!
