Da jeg og min datter kom hit var ikke bilettene vi hadde gyldige. Maken til dårlig service når jeg ringte Al Jannah Tours som vi hadde bestilt gjennom via Tripadvosor. Satt en time med de i telefonen. De ødela julaften i Dubai for meg og min datter, da vi måtte reise uten å få komme inn i Ski Dubai..... Endte med at vi fikk biletter en annen dag....

Very fun experience! Nice variety of so activities and great for all ages. The snow lift and snow ball were super fun. Watch out for the photo booth, they don't evaluate explain the charges in full. We were charged for photo folder that we didn't ask for.
