    Absolutely awful. We went to the exact location where the instructions said to redeem the voucher and there was no one there, and after asking 5 different people and walking around for an hour we finally found where to redeem the ticket, in a completely different place from where it said, and the workers still had issues redeeming our vouchers. They said it wasn’t working. And finally brought over a manager to get it to work, but I heard countless times that we had the wrong tickets. Completely defeated the purpose of skipping the like as well. The Burj Khalifa experience itself, however, was fantastic.

    I absolutely loved everything about this tour group. Everything was explained in details including any additional cost, itinerary and timeline. I felt safe and it was very organized. I felt I got the entire experience and didn’t miss out on anything. After shopping around I learned their prices were the best also. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a good time at a good price.
