Our experience was simply perfect! We went as as a big family and our tour guide Chris made sure we had the best time ever making several stops to let us take pictures , videos and sandboard ! The staff were very friendly, would definitely go again !

I’ve taken a tour with Big Red twice now, and they are without a doubt the best in the business. The professionalism shines through in everything they do. All of the staff are wonderful, but I want to make special mention of Trevor who goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a fun and safe time. He is the best!
