  • Protocol for all services, driver and passenger´s liabilities. 1.Nebulization of vehicles with disinfectants. 2.Cleaning of seats, floors, internal and external handles, seat belts, backrests and armrests every time a service is terminated. 3.No handshakes will be given in the greeting or farewell. 4.Voucher information is being requested and verified digitally. 5.The customer is asked to board the vehicle using the mask. If passenger does not have one, the driver will provide one immediately.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Pick-up is offered by the Gray-Line Bus company who provides a private driver to your hotel. Clean vehicle and friendly driver. On time pickup as well.

Upon getting off the plane I was met with a person holding up my name on a card. He took my luggage escorted me to a very nice sedan he was very courteous and kind. He drove me to my hotel excellent driver. He was very professional. The was excellence at its very best!
