We bought the ticket with hotel transfer included and the cruise operator said our hotel wasn’t included and we had to pay an extra 200 Dirham for transport. The , they changed the event time from starting at 7 pm to 9pm so definitely not a dinner cruise. We ended up not going because the transportation the cruise director set up was almost an hour late from picking us up. I am working with my credit card company to claim as a scam and get refunded

Niente di Tutto quello che descriveva l'offerta era veritiero...transfert pagato ma non effettuato, cucina stellata da mezza stella, pulizia e igiene zero, spettacolo più che dimezzato...insomma italiani non fatelo

First of all we had to wait about 40 mintutes for pickup despite a request from the organizer to be in the meeting point at a given time. Later on when we boarded the ship we had to wait another 45minutes for a departure. We were given a bottle of water and plastic cups only. Food was acceptable but very limited and served on a paper plates. Music was too loud and we were not able to speak to each other.
