    The tour was tremendous! Our driver (Cathal) enhanced the trip with his stories and knowledge of history. Seeing so much of Ireland in ten days made this trip well worth our time. We also enjoyed the ability we had to have leisurely or active days. Throughout the ten days we never worried about safety - the Irish are amazingly friendly!

    If you want to see the most of Ireland in 10 days, let Jackie be your guide. As we careened from Dublin to south west and its shoreline with overnite stops at Kinsale (Barry’s walking tour), Dingle (kayaking was amazing) and Doolan (best meal of the trip at the fiddle and bow and lodging with frank and Mary Ellen truly memorable ) then on to Galway (walking drinking and eating tour with Sean a highlight), the castle at lough eske (amazing), Derry (walking tour and history of the Troubles was very interesting) and Belfast (titanic museum was incredible) we saw plenty of beautiful scenery on the itinerary. But Jack went above and beyond with additions such as a petting zoo, a pub on the water near where he grew up, an incredible fortress on the water in the shape of a star, a secluded beach north of Giant’s Causeway, a side trip to Yeats’ grave, always excellent restaurant recommendations and a keen knowledge of and passion for ireland’s remarkable history. He truly made the trip memorable. While overland supplied a ten day outline chockfull with planned sites and activities, Jack filled it out with pizazz. Mind you, adding activities, required zooming from place to place, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. We decided that jack’s tombstone should read “Risky… but worth it!”

    Our 10 day Ultimate Tour was amazing! Breda was our guide and she was fantastic! Her knowledge of Ireland and every where we visited was immense. Her passion for her travelers was evident as she took great care to be sure we were all happy with everything we did! The small group setting was perfect for my husband and I. We saw many places off the beaten path away from huge crowds. We loved every thing we did. We debated on whether to kayak and we are so glad we did, highly recommend!
