Absolutely loved Ireland , only complaint, wish I could have stayed longer. The people, scenery, music and food were wonderful. Danny was our guide/ driver at Paddywagon and he was a true gem … kind, always smiling , fantastic driver , full of such interesting facts, history , stories and a genuine great guy. His recommendations during free time were bang on accurate and perfect for our needs. Thank you Danny ! I look forward to returning to ???? Ireland ❤️ and would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing experience. I wanted to see scenery and saw stunning sights and when I thought it couldn’t get any better it would. Alex was an incredible tour guide as he took his pm time and took us to a river dance show that was fantastic and one morning he arranged for a horse and carriage ride through a park which was beautiful. These are outings we wouldn’t have known about but he took his time for us to be able to go if we wanted. The accommodations were great. The amount of time spent at stops was adequate. He gave us lots of information. It was exactly what I wanted and more.
Our 3 night, 4 day trip (Dublin to Galway, Cliffs of Moher, Dingle peninsula, Killarney, Blarney Castle etc.) in October with Paddywagon turned out to be the WORST trip ever. It was a never-ending driving/logistics experience. Grumpy driver (Gordon) with a bad attitude (not a guide), acted as if he was doing us a favor the whole time. Lots of driving but missing key sights that were on the itinerary. PW merged several different length tours with ours, juggling different itineraries, multiple pick-ups and drop-offs, taking up at least an hour each day. Random detours and changes to important elements of the tour itinerary with no explanation. No food opportunity on day 1 for 7 hours! Mediocre, non-central accommodations. Broken bus that needed to be replaced in Killarney, and made us stuck in a motel lobby for hours with no bathroom access or ability to leave. (The motel had us check out at 8:30 am!). We left Killarney without actually seeing it! They changed our overnight locations, which totally broke up the tour route, added a lot of driving, and we never made it to Limerick or Adare. Instead, we drove the opposite direction for hours, at one point crossing on an industrial ferry. The lack of communication throughout the tour and lack of response to emails and phone calls from various members of our group was inexcusable. There was no acknowledgment (or explanation) for missing sights and entire cities. No toilet on the bus and limited stops for restroom breaks. Due to the overnight location change we ended up backtracking through Killarney a 2nd time, but the driver refused to take a 10-minute stop to at least see the cathedral. Instead, he stopped at the bus station for his 20 min break, which was too far from the cathedral to make it back, so our group was stuck at a bus station instead of seeing the church. Just completely inconsiderate after the whole bus fiasco the day before. We wanted to leave the tour, but we spent so much money and time and had no means of getting back to Dublin. Our tour never made it to: Cong, Ashford Castle, Cong Abbey; walk around the Burren; Wild Atlantic beaches, Doolin, Limerick, Adare, Sleah Head, Inch, Rock of Dunamase. Even in the cities we made it to, we had very limited time due to all the logistics and late arrivals. Unfortunately, this tour took up the majority of our Ireland trip and left us exhausted and disappointed. You could not pay me to go on another tour with Paddywagon.
