Awful. The first problem was we couldn't meet our morning tour time because our cruise ship was late on our arrival. That was our challenge, but the tour operator moved us to an afternoon tour. However, we were at the meeting point on time and could not find the tour operator.

Sam was a great tour guide. He even sang a couple of songs for us, with a beautiful voice. He seems to love his job
