From the start of booking online to the very end of the day, it was absolutely amazing last day in Dublin.
Hop on and off busses are the best way to get around and see the city that you've never been to before.
Friendly and helpful staff members. And definitely recommend it to people

This is a great way to see the city. It gives you an opportunity to see what you need before deciding what to further explore

I wanted to get on at stop 15...I was walking for 40 minutes following three different addresses I was given by the website and by Google and I couldn't find anything. Started aimlessly walking towards stop 16 and couldn't see it because the sign was so small (I know that sounds pretentious but when you've been walking for so long it's pretty frustrating!) finally got on the bus at 12 and had a booking at Kilmainham Gaol at 13:30. Didn't end up going, partially because of the traffic (can't be helped) but also partially because the driver stopped for 20 minutes at stop 1, I needed stop 9...surely that's a little long for a stop? I gave up and decided to go round again and get off at stop 20, EPIC museum. We stopped again at stop 18 because they were "ahead of schedule", told we would be stopping for 5 minutes which turned into another 15 minute stop, where the driver was chatting to another worker about his favourite food!
All in all, pretty rubbish day. And for someone who is not a local to Dublin I found this service particularly hard to navigate and extremely stressful. Won't be using again.
