Pésima experiencia. El Bus salió antes de la hora señalada. Perdimos 178 euros y la compañía rechazó el reembolso. No lo recomiendo.

Hicimos dos tours con la empresa, uno sin problemas y el guía, Salva, muy bien. El segundo hubo un problema con el bus y nos cambiaron el día. Pedimos un descuento y nos lo aplicaron sin problema, pero el día del tour la guía que nos acompañaba cambio las instrucciones de recogida en Galway y hubo gente que no se enteró así que cuando nos fueron a recoger se dejó a dos personas en tierra, a pesar de que se insistió en que los llamara que no nos importaba esperar 10 minutos… Nunca había visto eso en un tour y la verdad nos desagradó bastante… sobre todo porque no fue irresponsabilidad de esas personas, si no que la guía no fue clara con sus instrucciones ni las dio bien.
