In this nearly 3 hours experience, you will be introduced to the world of Science meets Nature, by our very own distillery experts in Inchicore, Dublin 8. At our Distilling Academy you will create your own unique spirit recipe choosing from over 120 botanicals ranging from the traditional to the obscure. While your spirit is distilling, you will be taken on a tour of Stillgarden Distillery, see a demonstration of our state-of-the-art lab equipment and participate in a Cocktail Masterclass where you will learn to create Stillgarden's signature drinks at home. Tickets include drinks and special tastings throughout, a historical adventure, botanical explorations, discovery moments, a knockout lunch from local caterers all ending with you creating your own bottle of spirit distilled by you, which you can enjoy time and time again.

This was such a unique experience. We loved it so much! Beautiful space, lovely staff. Diare was extremely knowledgeable and very fun. He was also quite patient with us and all of our questions. Stillgarden has such a great story and has made such an amazing impact on their community. This is one of the coolest things I’ve done on my travels ever!!! It’s an absolute must.

The whole set up is brilliant from start to finish and Jake and the team tailor your experience to exactly what you want to get out of it, for instance I was keen to gain some knowledge of the whole distilling process which I certainly did where as my wife just enjoyed having a laugh and creating a mad concocotion which im sure she will enjoy sharing with our friends when they come over First class job guys we will be back
