It was absolutely brilliant! The only thing that was odd, was when you're in the zero gravity/viewing bar you can't order and pay for an additional pint. Despite having 6 staff members stood behind the bar, you have to go downstairs to get a pint and bring it up. Definitely well worth a visit and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the drinks at Arthur's bar were very reasonably priced too. There were also many options too if Guinness isnt you thing, including draft Guinness 0 if you dont drink alcohol, hop house 13 on tap and many more.

Agree with previous reviewer save your money and go to one of the many bars in Dublin. $6 eu for a pint of Guinness versus $37eu for a self guided read the signs "tour". No seats in the Gravity bar as so many people and difficult to read or experience information due to overcrowding.. This "tour" shouldn't cost more than 15 eu and that's with the pint. Left feeling ripped off and very underwhelmed.

I feel that every friend and family who told you this was a must see Dublin experience is enticing you to go so they don’t feel alone in getting dudded. If hanging out in shopping centres is your idea of fun, this place is for you. We paid the 38 euro for the Guinness Storehouse and Guinness Academy.. including a pour your own experience. The booking may have a set time, but don’t expect any level of a personal touch. You’ll see the scores lining up to get your first ill feeling.. First stop is the gift shop.. and what a shop it is. Full of Guinness paraphernalia that you can get cheaper at any tourist gift shop in Ireland. We then managed to get herded up five levels on escalators along with hundreds of other cattle for a tour worth 10 quid at best. Feeling a tad underwhelmed, I looked forward to pouring the Guinness and having at least a bit of an experience.. Sadly no. We were directed to the Gravity bar where we got to stand.. yes stand due to a lack of seating, with 70% of the other gullible tourists who forked out 12 euro extra for a ‘complimentary’ pint.. So… arguably the worst brewery tour I’ve been subjected to.. ever!! My advice.. save your hard earned and have a few pints in a pub.
