It was an excellent overview of the cause of the famine and the way it was not managed. Sad but true. The Irish were persecuted and treated poorly by the British. This has happened the world over.

It was a very interesting exhibit. Being from America there was a lot I didn't know about the famine. It was not uplifting, but learned quite a bit. It took about and hour and a half to go through it thoroughly.

This is a “must see” exhibition about the Irish potato famine in the mid 1840s to 1852. Many people have never heard of it but more than a million Irish died and many Irish emigrated to the US, Canada, Australia. This exhibit has pictures, and very good historical information. It is located on the top floor of the Stephens Green Shopping g Center in Dublin. The exhibit is open through September 30, 2023.
