First off, our Flight was delayed while in USA, and tried calling number but was unable to get through, so I emailed originator on two occasions before flight departed USA to Dublin. WE landed at 1158 Dublin time, runway taxi, then waited for full flight to depart and waited for luggage and then proceeded straight out to meet our driver. When I couldn't find anyone greeting us (Card with our name on it) I tried emailing since my phone still wasn't calling out, at 1250 I was able to call out. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and the operator tells me the driver was re-tasked and I was re-tasked after 45 minutes of flight touching down/schedule arrival and I was listed as a no show. Thats impossible since we never stopped or shopped only gathered our luggage and walked straight out to meet driver. I stood there at least 15 minutes prior to finally getting my call through. There was no driver waiting for us. I then cancelled my remaining trips with Viator. Now that I am back in the USA and have access to my computer I plan on writing a lengthy Google and Trip Advisor review that reflects this review. And the rude lady on the phone said I would not get a refund since I was a no show!
