Our experience with the guide was okay. I was disappointed in the fact that he seemed unprepared for our tour. I had provided information regarding what we wanted the tour to cover, but there was a significant amount of time spent just walking around without commentary or purpose. For our group, there was a need for him to speak louder and wait on our entire group before delivering commentary. And I hate to say it, because he seemed like a really nice man, but in order for him to put his very best professional foot forward, I would like to kindly suggest that he pay a little more attention to his appearance (nose & ear hairs) and his personal hygiene.That being said, he seemed like a very knowledgeable man with a love for the city, was personable, had a good sense of humor and was helpful. I think with some adjustments, he can be an excellent guide!
