Our plane arrived early, and the trip was scheduled for a 9:15 plane arrival. Our children were on another flight but were 20 minutes late; the very rude driver said he could not wait even though we were early. He said he had a busy day and would call another driver to get the rest of our party. That sounded fine until he announced halfway through the trip that it would be another 60 euros. You advertised that you would wait 40 minutes; that did not happen! I respectfully request you credit my card for the additional 60 euros. You did not deliver the service you promised. Arthur O'Neill
