Konavle- Dubrovnik’s golden valley countryside. Perfect alternative if you want to avoid the summer crowds in Dubrovnik. This southernmost region extends from Cavtat to the Montenegro border. 5 Star! Highly Recommended! The experience with Roberto was awesome. He takes you to some great view points, tells you great historical details of the area, and of course the sandwiches/snacks he brings for you are a very tasty pleasant touch.

A tour with Roberto is bound to offer an experience not many guides *can* offer, due to his refreshing personality and off-the-beaten-track interest in the world around him. But THIS tour promises to be the absolute highlight of your time in Dubrovnik, *because* it's not actually *in* Dubrovnik. You'll have the opportunity to go places and see things that will give you a much wider perspective on the region, from ancient history to a much more recent past, as well as the living present of life in the Konavle countryside. The fact that there are SO many stops packed into one tour is absolutely delectable...the stops are so versatile in nature - history, nature, architecture, views to die for - that there's bound to be *something* that'll make you fall in love. Or, if you're like me, all of them ???? Roberto went the extra mile (quite literally!) to match my interests (not to mention accommodating my food allergies - and his homemade olives, as someone who doesn't like olives, was to die for!). The afternoon was like road-tripping with a friend more than taking a paid tour, and my biggest regret upon leaving Dubrovnik is that I won't get to book more of his tours. Absolutely highly recommended, so glad I booked. Thank you, Roberto, for opening up your beautiful region to us in such a lovely way! ????❤️
