An on-time pickup is done from a Hotel in and around Montego Bay as well as the Cruise Port. Guests should be ready and awaiting pickup from the lobby area of Hotel. For Cruise Port, be at the “Independent Pre-booked” area. The driver will have a custom built sign with guests full name for easier acknowledgement. It is REQUIRED that customers contact us prior to any circumstances or request.

We didn’t know what to expect when we booked but truly loved the entire experience! Mark, our driver/guide, was punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, and, more importantly, patient enough to put up with our endless questions. So, it’s about. 2 hour drive from Montego Bay. Mark left us in very capable hands of Jaheine and Wilon at our first stop, Blue Hole. They truly were there just for us and we gracious enough to play our paparazzi with our phone cameras. Next, it was a 20 minutes ride to Dunns River. It was an extra charge for entry fee but we were game for anything. Mark Tok us what to do and where he’d be when we come out. Our guide and photographer duo were great but it was just the luck of the draw/timing? Dunns River was much more physical than Blue Hole and not for the faint of heart. Mark then took care of us all the way back to our resort. If we hadn’t already booked our airport transport/transfer, we would have used him. But there’s always next time…

Shane was excellent! He was very prompt he showed up at the expected time safely drove us through the hills to our location talked about everything on the way and answered any questions that we had. He waited for us patiently to finish the excursion then drove us to the next destination even showed my friends and I a great spot to have a late lunch on the drive back. I give this experience a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. He was such a great driver give Shane a raise asap! Request him ask your driver you won’t be disappointed!

Simply put, absolutely one of the best experiences in Jamaica. Try to go early in the morning before it gets too populated. Happy to do the 9:30am pick up. Blue secret hole was very unique and a must see and memory to have. Our driver Mark, was family friendly, professional, and explained a lot of Jamaican culture. Thankful to have bookings through viator.
