The tour begins at 12.00 AM (midnight tour) from the hotel in Banyuwangi or Ketapang Harbor. then driving to reach Paltuding (Ijen Parking lot) and it takes about 1.5hrs. Hiking begins at 02.00 AM to reach the Ijen Summit within 3 Km long of the road step. Along the hike, tourist will meet the sulfur miner who carry up on their shoulder of sulfur and its weight around 90Kg. Reach the summit as soon as better when its still dark because tourist are able to see the blue fire from the Ijen rim. When its bright, tourist are able to enjoy the one of he biggest acidic lake on earth with its beauty turquoise color. After Ijen then driving to Bromo area. Overnight at the hotel and the tour begins the next day. Enjoy the beauty panoramic of Bromo while eruption and the highest mountaint in Java called Semeru as the background. All safety equipment are available on location, so tourist should not be worry to visit Ijen.

Yoga planned our 4D/3N tour very well, Ijen, Mt Bromo and Madakaripura are all so beautiful and awesome sights. He answers my questions promptly. The guide Fendy and driver Rizal are both very friendly and punctual. Rizal is a safe driver and knows the best eating places. Fendy is always helpful and answers our questions well. We had the most memorable trip in Java and will return again.

Booking this unique trip through East Java Paradise Travel was a rewarding experience. We were picked up by a driver in Bali and transferred to hotel in Banyuwangi. From there our excellent driver Dicky accompanied us all the way to Malang. The first morning we climbed Mt Ijen with our knowledgeable and entertaining guide Aye. Sunrise at Mt Ijen is a surreal and wonderful experience. Not on my list of expectations was the following drive from Mt Ijen to Mt Bromo which brought us through scenery of outmost beauty (especially the western flank of the Ijen massive). Mt Bromo fully lived up to our expectations, even that we had been spoiled the previous day. Our trip with Dicky finished at Malang where Yoga had booked our train tickets to Yogyakarta. We had a perfectly organized trip through one of the most beautiful places on our planet ???? Thank you Yoga, Dicky and Aye!

My friends and I travelled to Java with this company and they were nothing but the absolute best! Yoga and his team of amazing drivers were so accommodating to our tweaks of the trip and even organised additional drivers/ferries to get to our accommodation in Bali. Big special thank you to our Kawah Ijen and Mt Bromo driver, Rizal, for being the kindest and loveliest driver! We always felt safe with him as our guide for the two days. Nothing to complain about this company, definitely recommend their tours!!
