Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can hop-on and off as many times as you like aboard your Cambridge open-top double-decker City Sightseeing bus. There are many stops to choose from and the entire route takes approximately 1 hour (not including walking tour). The bus departs every 25-30 minutes from each stop. Tickets are valid for 24 hours from first use.

Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays: First bus departs from Stop 1 at 10:10am. Last bus departs from Stop 1 at 6:10pm. Buses run every 40 minutes. Stops 12 - 18 won't be in service after 6:10pm. Stop 4 Trinity Street and Stop 5 Market Street will not be in service

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from travel date selected at check-out. Mobile and printed paper vouchers are accepted on this tour
Mobile vouchers are accepted at Stop 1, but paper vouchers must be used if you first hop on at any other stop
Please note Stop 3 St. Andrew's Street is permanently disabled. Stop 2 is a short distance away
Sunday 22nd September: Due to a race taking place, the bus will not be able to stop at Silver Street or any stops along the street until 11:30am. After 11:30am, normal service will resume
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Bus was late and commentary was not so clear. I loved cambridge and I think the commentary did not reflect the place in it's current modern state clearly.

Timetable is not accurate. No one available to let you know when the next bus will arrive. Complete waste of time.

Sounds a good choice to see interesting features of the city when time is limited. Unfortunately I booked and paid for tickets on my mobile while on train to destination.
Bus company does not accept mobile tickets which I did not realise until I had paid. It would have been easy to purchase tickets from the bus driver.
I was transported as far as public library and instructed to get my ticket printed there. The library staff seemed surprised at my request and said that I needed to join the library to access the computer and printer. My precious few hours in Cambridge were disappearing fast. Eventually a kind staff member did the printing for me but by the time we emerged (their printer didn’t work on that floor) it was getting rather dark and cold, traffic was heavy and we had to wait nearly half an hour for the next bus to arrive to take us to the train. Suffice to say a frustrating afternoon.
