We had a tour off the ship and had a great time The guide was fantastic and we saw the whole island.

The Princess Cruise Line was not forthright with passengers who had booked private tours, did not follow their own instructions for getting shuttle tickets; those with pvt tours were the last to get to the Island, we didn’t get there until 2:30pm and were told we had to return by 5pm. They were still bringing passengers to the Island past 5pm; did not tell anyone that the deadline was extended past 9pm which would have allowed complete rather than a partial tour. The private tour company handled the situation as well as could be expected without no communication from the Cruise Line. The tour guide was great, Hanna, very well informed and educational was great. The driver was professional and good.

Hana had to wait for yhe passagers .They came at different times. She and her driver made sure we eete ecplorinh while theu esited for all of us to gathet She was very k owledgeable anf answered all our questions. Highly recommend their tour.
