We were picked up at our hotel and driven to Cerro Blanco where we met our guide Daniel who was an extremely well informed and experienced guide and we had a great morning looking at birds in the reserve. This area is a real treasure for Guayaquil and it’s so close to the city and well worth a visit if you have any interest in nature. Thanks Daniel for the great morning.

Our guide Daniel was excellent. He knows the birds, their calls & songs, behavior and history. We went during the rainy season on a wet damp day, but still found 30 new birds to include on eBird for us. It’s always a good day when you are outdoors.

We had a great time. Lovely place for bird watching. The pick-up was on time. Our guide Melany did know all the birds. We enjoyed it a lot. Thanks again Melany for the nice half day!
