The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The Driver was 20 minutes earlier,
drived like he was chased by Police.
Otherwise, all went well.

Good transfer, in time , but no transfer guide . Just a very helpful driver giving some orientation hints in his spanish language. Actually in Guayaquil a transfer guide is not necessary. Would be enough if the driver would know some basic english.
