I thought it was very well organised. I did 2 trips. One incorporated the Britannia which I would highly recommend. The staff on the buses were very helpful snd kind

Jim (aka Morph/James) was very helpful. He remembered us the following day as we'd booked both tours across 2 days. Couldn't fault him at all and appreciated all his help.
