    Soon after passing the River Clyde, world famous for it’s heavy industry and shipbuilding, we stop on the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, Britain’s largest expanse of water, with time for a boat trip or a ramble, as you wish. The Loch Lomond and Trossachs area was recently designated as a National Park, where the magnificent landscape has fired the imagination of writers and artists for centuries.

  • Aberfoyle, Aberfoyle, United Kingdom
    Moving on, we soon come to the village of Aberfoyle, the gateway to the Trossachs, where we will stop for lunch. With its lochs, glens and heather covered mountains’ this area is well known as ‘Scotland in Miniature’, and was a favourite destination of Sit Walter Scott, who used the location as the backdrop for his ‘Rob Roy’ and ‘The Lady of the Lake’.

  • National Wallace Monument, Stirling, United Kingdom
    Take in the magnificent views over the Forth Valley towards the Wallace Monument, a 200-foot memorial to William Wallace, the man immortalised in the movie ‘Braveheart’.
  • Stirling Castle, Stirling, United Kingdom
    Then on to Stirling, with an opportunity to visit the Castle. With at least an hour’s stop on the castle esplanade you will be able to visit the castle or other nearby attractions and take in the magnificent views over the Forth Valley towards the Wallace Monument, a 200-foot memorial to William Wallace, the man immortalised in the movie ‘Braveheart’.

The trip was well worth the money, our tour guide and driver in one - Graham, was the best person we could have imagined. He created beautiful and positive atmosphere. The stories, music, great driving, excellent timing and beautiful countryside - it was such a great day!

Notre guide Brendan nous a enchanté par ses apports historiques et son humour . Dommage de ne pas être resté assez longtemps à Loch Lomond pour se promener . La traversée du Trossach Park est splendide . Strirling pour finir en beauté

A great 9.5 hours with alot to take in. Pick up was at Festival Theatre in Edinburgh city and only 13 of us were in a large coach. The guide Graeme was very friendly, knowledgeable and took us to all the must see spots and some more. He quickly organised the Loch Lomond cruise and even got us to have photo shoots when we saved on time. There is definitely value for money in going on this tour and i would recommend this. Am hoping to be back again to see different routes and other Cities and towns beyond Edinburgh
