You can select a pickup location of your choosing within the Edinburgh area and our driver will be there to meet you 10 minutes before the tour start time. Driver name and vehicle details will be given to you 24 hours before the tour, so that you can easily locate your driver on the day.

    Used in series 1 of Outlander Blackness Castle is a 15th-century fortress, near the village of Blackness, Scotland, on the south shore of the Firth of Forth. Blackness was intended to provide a suitable residence for a nobleman. Its chief use was as a garrison stronghold and a state prison on behalf of the reigning sovereign. Many high-status prisoners were held here in later medieval times. Option to go inside for a tour on request.

Ross was great! We took 2 Highlands tours with him during our time in Scotland. He was very easy going and nice and customized our tours to meet our particular wants and interests. I’ll be referring him to all my family and friends!

Ross provided an exceptional shore excursion private tour of the Highlands. We hired private shore tours for our British Isles cruise and he was by far the best guide of the 8 private tours we booked. He was flexible with our schedule, he is a great communicator, competent, knowledgeable and flexible. His vehicle is immaculate and he is a safe driver. We thorougly enjoyed his relaxed demeanor. We highly recomend him and would certianly book him again. 5 stars+
