After a safety briefing and introduction to your ground crew and pilot, you will climb into the balloon's basket and get ready for lift off. Then it’s time for takeoff. Worst company ever. They scammed my money. An keep lying about refund. I’ve reached out many times a they keep making exscuses. Then finally for my 320 dollar ticket they refunded me 1.20$ just to add salt to the wound.
