we really enjoyed our 3-night nile cruise from aswan to luxor. everything went smoothly, the boat was comfortable, and the staff took great care of us. the highlight was definitely abu simbel, and the hot air balloon ride over luxor made the trip unforgettable. the tours were well organized and gave us a real taste of egypt’s history. truly a wonderful experience!

DO NOT NEVER hire this agency. If I could rate less than terrible for them, I woudl. Zero professionalism. I booked the 3 night cruise through Viator and received the confirmation voucher. As it would be my first time in Egypt, I contacted the agency for more details several times, to better plan time, food and other common travel concerns. The agency simply ignored me. Only on the eve of check-in, at 11:00 p.m. they texted me saying the cruise was CANCELED but I wouldn't need to worry cause it would be replaced. I was already asleep and on my way to Aswan from Cairo, traveling alone, not speaking Arabic, not knowing the country. Upon arriving in Aswan, the guide picked me up as agreed, we did the tour and check-in on the cruise. But once more, tried to contact them for more informations about the next day, they ignored me once more. They informed me one itinerary in a city the cruise would not stop. The cruise staff helped me contacting them. They did not fulfill the contracted itinerary and neither did the substitute. Everything improvised, without answering the phone or whatsapp.
