This is the best way to explore the ancient sites of Egypt. Since the ruins are scattered along the Nile, traveling by cruise is the most efficient option. Mohamed Gobran, the guide, is very knowledgeable about Egyptian history, making the tour enjoyable even without prior knowledge. The meals on the boat are incredibly delicious. (Though the price of alcohol is a bit high.) If you have the time in Egypt, I highly recommend taking this tour.
