It was efficient and the representative was courteous. Cheaper than the hotel shuttle. However i was not informed ahead of time that there would be two people - driver and representative so it was a surprise and because i was picked up after midnight I was extra wary. Once you know that, everything else was good and the person coordinating everything from Viator was very patient with my questions.

Driver aware our flight came in early , he is ready to pickup our group . We did not have to wait, he was right at the gate as soon as we got our luggage , he took us to the hotel. Excellent service
