You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

The cruise was ok but the diesel fumes coming into cabin room was not good. Every day the cruise ships were docked side by side with the engines on. Fumes came through the air conditioning unit. Toxic. But the real problem was the tour operator who caused a lot of problems with the booking. If you travel solo be prepared to have problems. They lose money when it is a solo traveler. They canceled and switched my booking 3 times before viator did something about it

My husband and I decided to take a cruise on the Nile to see main attractions in Egypt. The cruise was decent. Wi-Fi was not free, rooms had a peculiar smell of cleaning supplies, the cruise had no balconies while multiple other cruises did, food was below average except for the Egyptian dinner night. Service was good, the guide Mahmoud was the best guide ever. He took us to multiple locations and explained exactly what was of importance and very thoroughly. Would recommend asking for Mahmoud when you reserve the trip.
