Os serviços no navio (internos) funcionam muito bem. Os servicos externos, que são auxiliados por guias locais, deixou muito a desejar. O primeiro guia chamado Mustafá foi muito bom, pontual, simpático e atencioso. O segundo guia chamado Marmud não deu atenção ao grupo, explicou tudo por fotos e explanou explicações muito superficiais. Isso aconteceu também com o terceiro guia. O quarto guia foi tão ruim que não lembro o nome. Falava muito rápido, estava apressado para fazer outra atividade (dele), e deixou o grupo inconformado. No quarto dia quem nos auxiliou foi a guia chamada Mona. Começou bem, mas a partir do segundo evento, começou a ser superficial, o tempo todo querendo levar o grupo para lugares onde parecia que ela receberia alguma vantagem e no final nos pediu/exigiu propina para ela e os motoristas: péssimo serviço dessa pessoa. Além disso, fizemos o passeio de balão, as visitas a 3 templos e ao Vale dos Reis de em apenas 1 dia: muito cansativo

The pick up at the airport was great. When we arrived we noticed we had to pay for Wi-Fi which was included we had to pay transportation back to the airport to Aswan be very careful because they stop in Luxor going back which transportation was included back. That was not the case we had to pay $150 dlls American to take us back to the airport.
