  • If the Hot Air Balloon trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
  • If the Abu Simbel trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
  • Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
  • You will need to pay the entrance fees to the sightseeing by card except the High Dam and motorboat to Philae temple in Egyptian money cash
  • If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will get one triple room
  • If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
  • Other languages are available with extra charge upon your request
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The 5 Days - 4 nights Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan was our best experience in Egypt. During the cruise the food was excellent, the places visited 100% recommended and the guide tour Mohammed Wafa was very friendly, honest, patient and nicest person we meet in Egypt. This trip is highly recommended for your next trip.
