Amazing Tour, definitely exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 6 and our guide was Rania. She was absolutely professional, knowledgeable and patient, she treated us like her family. Driver and Rania arrived on time at our hotel. The tour was exactly as described on the details and itinerary sections. Lunch was great too. Great value for money, would highly recommend. Thank you Rania :)

If you are somewhat of an independent traveler I would not recommend this tour. We had been told it would be a constant grind avoiding the touts to enjoy the pyramids on our own, but my experience was that it's very easy to see the pyramids/museum or the rest of Cairo on your own. All the locals I met in my time around Cairo were friendly and helpful and even the touts and sellers at the tourist sites were polite and easily took no for an answer on the 1st request. Very tame compared to India, most of the rest of Africa, or SE Asia. We thought this tour package would be an easy way to see everything we wanted in a day around Cairo without any hassles. Unfortunately it was not what we expected and very overpriced in my opinion for what you get. Our guide insisted on taking us to tourist traps hoping for kickbacks despite me being upfront about not wanting to go to a perfume shop or papyrus "museum" (front for an overpriced store wanting US $500 for very cheap looking paintings on papyrus). We had a nice time at the pyramids, but it would have been quite easy and more enjoyable to see at our own pace rather than being rushed through the sites. It's an easy Metro ride or $5 Uber from Cairo and the guide provided no real insights we could not pick up from a skim of the Lonely Planet book. Following a quick trip around the pyramids and spinx with the optional $15 camel ride (obligatory tips for the camel wrangler same as if you did it on your own not included) she insisted we enjoy the perfume store and papyrus museum. Then it was off to a mediocre lunch of undercooked beef with not included overpriced drinks ($7 US for an espresso!!) After that a rushed trip to the Khan al Khalili and a very hurried tour of the grand museum. By hurried -- I mean a 30 second or so stop and quick explanation of some of the major exhibits... The guide and driver were friendly and nice, but for 2 people you could easily have a much more relaxed day for around $15 in transport costs with Uber or $5 via metro + the cost of admissions tickets, take your time have a great local lunch and avoid the tourist traps.

I wanted to love this booking but it fell short. The guide was OK but entirely rushed the whole experience. She may have seen the pyramids a 1000 times in her life but for tourists it may be a once in a lifetime experience.
She rushed through the whole experience, the 8 hr tour was wrapped up in 6 hrs and she didn't let me shop at Khan AL Khalil even after I asked her multiple times. Given that we wrapped up 2 hrs earlier there was obviously plenty of time.
I get that she was trying to avoid Cairo traffic, but the entire experience felt so rushed and we didn't enjoy the visit to the pyramids at all.
The guide also made some antisemitic comments early on and I found it quite offensive and upsetting (I'm not even Jewish).
