I had to contact the tour operator “Let’s explore Egypt” after they should have picked us up. I tried to call several times. They would only respond reluctantly through WhatsApp text messages. They asked me to send them the voucher. Then they said that they could be there an hour later. They would send an English guide even though we requested a Spanish guide. After clarifying that we needed a Spanish guide they asked us to reschedule for the following day. We couldn’t reschedule because we had other reservations for the remainder of our trip. I requested a refund and they said that I had to go through Viator. I made the request through viator and received the refund within a week.
