    Meet your guide in your hotel to start your lovely tour to Giza, which is one of the famous sites in Egypt for pyramids. Step back to the past to think who they built the famous pyramids in Egypt. Be ready at the time to see the famous pyramids which were built by Pharaohs Choeps, Khafre and Menakaure. Touch the pyramids, listen to your guide who will tell you more stories about building the pyramid then you will move to the panorama area for a 30 minute camel ride. Terrible experience. The tour guide and driver never showed up. I tried calling and messaging—no response at all. Thankfully, the hotel staff helped me out. I ended up calling an Uber and visited the pyramids on my own. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!

I had to contact the tour operator “Let’s explore Egypt” after they should have picked us up. I tried to call several times. They would only respond reluctantly through WhatsApp text messages. They asked me to send them the voucher. Then they said that they could be there an hour later. They would send an English guide even though we requested a Spanish guide. After clarifying that we needed a Spanish guide they asked us to reschedule for the following day. We couldn’t reschedule because we had other reservations for the remainder of our trip. I requested a refund and they said that I had to go through Viator. I made the request through viator and received the refund within a week.

My tour guide did not turn up, nor reply back to my messages. Waited outside resort up to an hour, and when made a complaint I got no explanation and a partial refund was given to me of £2 for them not turning up, not exceptable and very dissapointed.
