If you are in Cairo, this tour is awesome. Try to do this tour with Tamer and the driver Mido first before you do anything in Cairo. Tamer is amazing at explaining the history of Egypt and of all the places he takes you to. I suggest doing the tour with him first because he tells you the places or people to avoid in Egypt. He gave me some info that could have saved me money at the markets. I also did not feel one bit rushed or pressured to leave an area. An amazin experience that helped build my love for ancient Egyptian history.
