We had reservations for 5 o’clock. I texted to see if we could go on a cruise at a later time and was told we could do a 9 PM cruise. The cost was $65 extra per person because it was New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately, there was no cruise. The boat stayed directly on the dock and never left. So we paid three times the amount that we should have for a cruise that we did not get. There was no miscommunication: I said that we wanted a cruise, and the tour operator said that we would be on a cruise.

The cruise was perfect with well organized logistics, on time, good food, good views and on top nice dance show.

Omar collected us punctually at our hotel. Taking every precaution to make sure we arrived safely. He made sure we were seated at our table and told us where to find him afterward. The food was delicious, the entertainment wonderful especially the tannaru dancer and the belly dancer. My only regret is that we didn't go at an earlier time because we missed out on the beauty of the Nile. It was magnificent at night but the daytime lends a different perspective.
