Had a wonderful day today with Mehmud and our driver Ghazal. Only thing better than the stories was our guide’s style to tell the stories. Br. Gazal, our drive has been very helpful during the whole trip and we had the opportunity to tour with two other guides, Mr. Henry and Mr.Muhammad Essa. Both of them were excellent in their knowledge and took care of us like their own family. Wish them the best.

Purchased this package which included roundtrip travel to the Hard Rock Café and a predetermined meal. My choice was the Egyptian meal which included chicken, soup, and sides. Within a few days, it was determined that this operation no longer offered the Egyptian meal. Choose from chicken or a hamburger which I was trying to avoid. Another e-mail came as my choice was again being amended this time by the restaurant. My driver was timely for the scheduled trip to the new operation at Citadel Plaza. After 45 minutes of frenetic travel, we could see the HRC, BUT there did not appear to be any access. We turned down a street to see a sign for the HRC, going up a blind curve. As we proceeded, cars were streaming down said hill nearly causing a brutal accident!! The driver reversed and proceeded to my luncheon appointment. We could see other cars coming down the hill the wrong way. Entering the HRC, it was TOTALLY EMPTY!! I was greeted by two young ladies, one of which had an appealing nose ring and tattoos. Venturing into the Rock Shop to purchase collectibles was another problem. There were NO generic Cairo shot glasses! There NO Cairo city shot glasses! There were few HR shirts from which to choose!! Disgusted with my attempted purchase, it was now time to eat. Soup arrived. It was hot. Now, the amended entrée. The chicken was COLD! Only one customer in the place and they couldn't get it right. The meal was returned as they could see that my experience was totally unpleasant. The amended menu was returned with additional items on the plate. The salad was not edible as the lettuce was brown and wilted .The manager was called over who offered plenty of excuses. That was the only commodity to which they were well stocked! Outside my driver was waiting for the journey back to my hotel. What a horrible waste of money. The property was located in a plaza that had little or no access. The property had insufficient collectibles. The property had a cook who couldn't serve a hot meal. You may wish to visit this poorly managed operation as , based upon my experience, it should be closing in the near future! Otherwise, DON'T BOTHER.

In the mid of june my husband and I visited Hard Rock Café in Cairo (we were for holiday in the city).
It was the first time ever, we visit a Hard Rock Café.
It was a pleasure to spend some time there! Our waiter was Tarzan (the King), he has an amazing personality and is a really cool guy. The service was great and he often asked us, if we need something.
We ordered mac'n cheese, Cheeseburger and herb&garlic fries as side order. The food was very delicious!
Even the manager asked us if everything was alright.
Furthermore every employee we met there, was very friendly.
When we will ever be back in Cairo, we will definitely visit Hard Rock Cafe again!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
How great that you want to share your experience! Your feedback helps other travelers to make a better choice.
