Cairo: 3-Day River Nile Cruise with Hot Air Balloon By Plane

This cruise was amazing but you should book it through literally any other company. The cruise staff-great, hot air balloon-great, personal day tour guides-amazing. But the contact number of whoever was in charge of our transportation and itinerary? Stressful, bad at communicating, and caused us to skip half a day at the end because we did not trust them to get us home on time. Unfortunately this booking does not tell you the tour group that will be operating, it says “Sure Egypt” but we never saw that name anywhere and I still have not been given the name of the guy in charge that stressed us out any day we talked to him

Our tour was good, the drivers met us on time and the the places we went we're amazing. The guides taught us about the ancient history of Egypt, we saw King Tuts mummy in his tomb in the Valley of the Kings as well as 3 other tombs, Queen Hatshepsuts temple, the Karnak temple and King Ramses and his wife's temple, Queen Nefertari. We also visited the Numbian village by a small sail boat and a small power boat, very nice. We did have some problems getting the train ride, also the train ride going to Luxor was long and not clean. We asked for and paid a little extra for a plane ride back to Cairo which Bassant arranged. Basant arranged everything by day and night whenever we text him on Whats App, so we were well taken care of and felt safe. We were always met by guides on time. Rob & Hermie Rogovin

Please do not buy anything from this company after I bought my trip 3 month before my trip toCairo they canceled my trip the same time they supposed to be pick up for the tour company never called or email I was calling them every day since we arrived to Cairo they never answer thanks to the owner of the hotel we were staying we able to book another tour but the experience was horrible
