Good tour that was tailored to what we wanted. We were trying to get a few souvenirs, walk through the market and learn a bit of history in the streets surrounding the market. Our guide understood that we did not want to spend hours seeing other things and took us to see exactly what we wanted. If you have an agenda in your mind all you need to do is explain to your guide and they will be very accommodating.

The tour guide was very nice, he went way above & beyond, getting us koshary after we said something about wanting to try it, also he tried to step in & help us out with the person who answers the phone for this company as he had been extremely rude to me the day before. The village was more of a kids kinda event but they had some beautiful souvenirs in the shop area-The 5 starts is strictly for our guide (sorry forgot the name) & not for the company.

Turned out to be a full day tour. Was picked up from hotel on time. I wasn't informed that Village didn't open until 1100 until after pick up. Had it stated this in the information on website would have started tour later in day. Tour guide Emad offered to take me to papyrus shop before Village to fill in time. Emad was also very helpful when shopping in Khan market he bartered with the stall owners for me. Over all I had a really good day.
