The driver was on time to pick us up from the hotel and dropped us off at the Go Bus stop (across from Luxor train station). The reason why I gave it 3 stars is because of poor communication. Once I paid, I didn’t receive any confirmation or text message asking about my pickup location or time. I had to reach out to them using the contact number on Viator and didn’t receive an answer. When I messaged their Whatsapp again, someone replied that the number is “out of service” and to text another number. Only then someone replied. When dropping us off, the driver also demanded a tip - even though you’ve already paid over 200 Egyptian pound for this ride, which was 15 mins from our hotel. We paid even less with Uber when we went to the airport from our hotel, which was 50 minutes away. Do yourself a favor and download Careem app instead (no Uber in Luxor). It’s hassle free and way easier and better with communication.

They met me as soon as I left the station with a sign with my name on it and we walked a short distance to their car. They drove well and they knew exactly where my hotel was. They provided excellent service! Thoroughly recommended !!

It was incredible. This is the first time I've used your service. It was ideal. Customer service was fantastic and quick to respond, and my driver from and to the Station (Ahmed) was EXCELLENT, kind, punctual, and very pleasant.
