No pasaron por mí al hotel y nunca tuve respuesta del tour operador. Me parece que era un tour muy interesante para que no haya seriedad de la compañia

After no response from the tour operator through the day, I confirmed with Viator customer support the pick up time and place and then waited there for 1.5hrs but tour guide was a no show and tour operator does not respond to any forms of contact. Now Viator just say they have to contact the tour operator to get my refund. Terrible tour company and terrible Viator customer support.

Do not book this tour. Tour guide did not turn up and did not reply to multiple messages I sent. Haven't heard anything from them since.
