Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Dolphin House trip in the most beautiful trip to see the dolphin in its natural environment at a time when you have a chance not frequent swimming next to the dolphins in a rare experience. The trip program also includes lunch, which consists of an open buffet containing meat and salads, fruit. Water, soft and hot drinks are available during the whole trip which starts around 09:00 am and ends around 4:00 pm.
Kindly remember to take your own towels with you as you will receive the snorkeling tools (masks and swimming fins) Remember that Adolph marine organism is affected by circumstance atmosphere and the weather so sometimes you may see it and sometime you may not.

I had a wonderful experience with this snorkeling activity! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from the very beginning. Even though I can’t swim, they made me feel safe by providing a life jacket and staying close to me in the water.

Pues como nos pusieron en otra excursión que, por cierto, habiamos hecho el día anterior...no sabemos cómo hubiera podido ser...HA NOSOTROS, DESDE LUEGO, NOS HAN TIMADO Y EXIGIMOS LA DEVOLUCIÓN DEL IMPORTE PAGADO...
Contramos una excursión similar seis meses antes, el día anterior por la tarde nos la cancelan por una "avería" en el barco (curiosamente seguía habiendo disponibilidad pero sólo para 2 personas, nosotros eramos cuatro), llamamos a Viator, nos atienden de manera muy amable (eso sí, 30 minutos de llamada a España con la consiguiente factura de roaming...), y nos cancelan esa excursión y nos ofrecen otra similar pero que costaba el doble de lo que habíamos pagado en la anterior, no nos hubiera importado si la hubieramos tenido...pero es que, encima, nos meten en otra excursión y se quedan tan panchos..., LA INFORMALIDAD DE ESTE PAIS ES SANGRANTE

The boat was not in such good condition. Mass tourism. Snorkeling was fine. But I became very frustrated when we were still swimming, Did not like how they were chasing the dolphins. I was trying to dry my child and myself. They started demanding a tip. I tried to explain, can they please wait. Then they became more aggressive. Nope for me.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
