Wir buchten eine Tour Dolpin House bei Sinai experience. Wir wurden trotz mehrfacher Nachfragung auf ein falsches Boot gesetzt.Keine Organisation Fehlende Programmpunkte(Bananaboot) Trotz Angabe (deutschsprachig möglich) keine Verständigungsmöglichkeit. Wurden vertröstet bekamen dann allerdings das Angebot die Tour zu wiederholen(günstiger). Ich wollte mein Geld zurück da wir demnächst wieder fahren und keine Wiederholung möglich war. Meinem Geld musste ich hinterherlaufen obwohl mir auch diese Möglichkeit angeboten wurde. Die Crew war sehr freundlich was uns den Ärger etwas vergessen ließ.
