Everything was fine in Aswan and it went really smoothly, a guy came to pick as up and dropped us on the boat. He explained the program of the next two days and telling us that another person from the company will join us in Luxor, after that he just left. The first day was fine, no Egyptian guide showed up so we visited kom ombo by ourself. On the second day, again no guide showed up so we also couldn't get to the carriage which was supposed to be included (the crew of the boat just told us that they are not responsible for the tour operator), again we had to figure it out by ourself. On the third day, the tour operator set up the balloon ride (thankfully) telling us that "a representative" of the company would showed up, again no one appeared and the only guy that accompanied us was the air balloon tour operator's guy. After the last activity we thought that the drop off was included in the price as it says "pick up and drop off" included but again no one showed up and we ended up getting a bus to the city. It says that the tour ends in Luxor but we ended up docking around 20km South of Luxor. Of course the tour operator didn't answer to WhatsApp or our calls. Overall, I was expecting such a level of randomness and I am pretty chill about that (no tour guide and carriage) but pretty pissed by the lack of transparency. To whoever read this, I would recommend it because it's cheap and I good deal but be prepared for everything because for what I understand these tours are pretty wild so your experience can completely change from mine. PS. The boat is absolutely random, we ended up on the hapi 5. It was ok but I think its golden age were the 70s

The cruise ship was Royal La Terrasse and was absolutely wonderful! Perfectly clean, excellent buffet meals and very kind staff. All tours were guided except for the first day when nobody turned up on our first stop in Kom Ombo.
