  • In case Hot air balloon cancelled due to bad weather refund will be 30USD per person.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was one of the best excursions we booked in Egypt. The hot air balloon ride was incredible and a great start to the day to give some orientation of the layout of historical sights. Then, our tour guide Hatem was the best guide we could have asked for. He knew his stuff!! We ended up liking his tour so much, we extended our tour to include the East Bank Karnak and Luxor temples which tied together some of the history we learned on the West Bank. All in all, a great day and a great guide! Thank you Hatem!

Lo único bueno de la excursión fue el paseo en Globo, Todo lo demás, nos lo podríamos haber ahorrado, ya que mi pareja y yo contratamos un servicio con guía en español y lo único que hizo el guía fue dejarnos en los templos y hablarnos dos minutos acerca de ellos y decirnos que vayamos nosotros solos a conocerlos. No lo recomendaría para nada, porque para hacer lo que hicimos lo podríamos haber hecho solos sin la necesidad de pagar un guía que no nos explicó absolutamente nada además de que en la excursión señalan que la actividad dura seis horas cuando a nosotros nos duró mucho menos. A las 10:30 de la mañana la actividad que había finalizado, cuando debería de haber finalizado a las 13:30. El día no fue nada amable, ya que encima que nos daba muy poco tiempo para que visitemos nosotros solos el templo, no hacía más que quejarse de los otros visitantes que nos acompañaban, lo que habla muy mal de él. En mi opinión, como recalqué anteriormente, el paseo en globo es muy bonito, pero visitar los templos con este guía no es para nada recomendable, ya que encima te mete prisa para hacer todo.
