Customers can be picked up from the hotel main security gate and private premises outside of the complex.

  • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

What a crazy fun packed couple of hours, our 15 & 11 year old kids were also allowed to drive the buggies which they especially enjoyed. Paid a little extra for a camel ride each, an absolute must do. Same downside though, unfortunately too much time and emphasis on posing for expensive photos. Overall still a great time had by all !

We booked this before leaving the UK. We had our tickets and times of collection sent by email very quickly so no fuss booking. We were collected from our hotel on time and made our way up to the site. The driver wand guide was amazing. I hen we got there we were allocated our buggy and had very good communication how to drive it. Then we set off for our trip. We stopped in a few places and the guide allowed pictures and we stopped at an Egyptian settlement for tea. (That was a desired taste) We had opportunities to relax and take in the culture and mixed with fun adrenaline buggy ride. All in all a great day out

We booked the trip through Said on Facebook, so easy to do gave us all the information we needed. The excursion was great we had such a good time, and it was laugh! The staff ( Mo) were so funny, friendly and helpful. Would definitely book this trip again
