Upon arrival into Cairo Airport, please proceed to the main exit. The driver will be waiting directly outside the arrivals hall holding a name sign, as due to Egypt legislation they cannot enter the building.- . (We can also provide Meet & Assist service upon request)

Please note that If your drop-off or pick-up address is outside of Cairo, you will have to pay an additional cost.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The flight was late and he had all the flight information plus we notified the driver in plenty of advance, even before take off. Still, he came to the airport too early and didn’t wait for us. Terrible service since this is a common occurrence at airports. Pure incompetence. Now we are fighting for a refund.
