Upon arrival into Cairo Airport, please proceed to the main exit. The driver will be waiting directly outside the arrivals hall holding a name sign, as due to Egypt legislation they cannot enter the building.- . (We can also provide Meet & Assist service upon request)

Please note that If your drop-off or pick-up address is outside of Cairo, you will have to pay an additional cost.

No one was there to pick us up on time. We exited at 7.30 pm, no sign or message from the driver..I called the company and was on hold. Took a different ride to the Fairmont. Got a message on WhatsApp at 8.30 that they were waiting at gate 4. We were already half way to the Fairmont. A little disappointed. Waste of money . Will contact Viator for a refund.
